MONDAY 2nd MARCH: Trading from 9am - 6:30pm with the opportunity to view on auction day from 9:00am onwards. 



GOODS RECEIVED on Wednesday 26th February only - UNTIL FULL between 9am - 5pm. Loading Zone: 3 Ryan Place (North end) Geelong. 



Goods purchased at the auction are asked to be collected by or before Wednesday 26th Feb closing time (Non-negotiable) . We offer a pick-up and delivery service made by appointment with our staff.  



Kerleys *NOW OFFER* removals of furniture and general goods with 2 removalists at delivery rates. Call our office to organise your removal.

Bidding is by numbers only. Please register at the office or reception.

The highest bidder will be the purchaser and in any case of a dispute, the auctioneer may reoffer that lot. The Auctioneer's decision will be final.

The Auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid or bidder and may place a reserve, on any lot, at any time, before or during the auction and at his or her discretion may withdraw any lot.

All accounts must be finalised prior to closing time on the day following the sale.

The pre sale estimates are only a guide for the buyer. Please do not be mislead, estimates are not reserves in this auction.

Absentee bids will be accepted up until 1 hour prior to the sale. We will endeavour to ensure all absentee bids are lodged with the Auctioneer or the bidding service. We will not accept liability for any errors or missed bids.

In the event to identical bids, the first bid will take precedence.



Telephone bidding can be arranged on items that exceed $1,000 or that we expect to exceed $1,000.

In all cases, buyers are responsible for determining the condition of the item or items that they are intending to buy and under no circumstance shall Kerleys staff or management be held accountable for their opinions or advice given to clients. The staff or management will not be held responsible for any defect, imperfections, restorations of any kind, on any lot offered for sale.

As an auction company acting solely as agents for the vendor, all goods delivered to our premises will be deemed to be delivered for sale by auction unless otherwise stated in writing and addressed to the director or manager of Kerleys Auctions. A letter from the vendor must be received within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods and must be delivered by registered post to the manager or director. This letter must be addressed by name only, so the manager or director must sign for the registered mail in person. This will be proof that the letter of intention is delivered within the required time.


ALL VENDORS: There is a 19.8% commission (GST Inc.) on EACH lot sold with a $6.60 (GST Inc.) minimum fee per lot. 

ALL BUYERS : There is a 19.8% premium (GST Inc.) on all lots purchased. 


Cash, bank cheque, direct transfer, and credit card/EFTPOS accepted.

Paying by credit card will attract an additional 1% surcharge. 

Permanent buyer numbers are available to clients who intend to become regular clients to our auctions.

The vendor or buyer will accept and acknowledge all terms and conditions of this auction company.

Proceeds from goods sold, is available to vendors within 48 hours of Auction, given that the buying client has settled their account with us.

Entries received for auction ANY Wednesday or Thursday.

Goods can be viewed on the Monday prior to Auction day from 9am to 6pm and before Auction at 9am on Auction Day.

Upon request our staff will offer any reserve price or price guide estimation and approx sale time on any items that are of interest.
